Ken is a full-time Realtor and has been since 2006. He continues to treat his clients with respect and total transparency. For buyers, he will tell you if he thinks a particular house is a good decision or bad, tell you what the neighbourhood is selling for, and give you options. For people selling their home, you will find he has a comprehensive marketing plan that covers every marketing aspect possible in today’s world. Ken is honest, open, and knowledgeable during all Real Estate experience—whether you are buying or selling.
Ken has served as president of the Central Alberta Realtors Association, and he has taken many courses to keep him on top of the ever changing market including the Certified Condo Specialist and the Service Excellence program.
Prior to Real Estate, he spent most of his life in Grande Cache, AB working in the coal mining industry and then another 5 years working in a Brain Injury Hospital for Alberta Health Services with people who had traumatic brain injuries. In his spare time, he played and coached hockey and baseball. He was also the president of youth baseball in Grande Cache for a few years.
While all of his careers have been completed different, he learned to treat people with respect, be honest, and be upfront.
Ken is married to a wonderful lady, Kelly, and they have a blended family of six kids and seven grandchildren. He loves both the Calgary Flames and Edmonton Oilers along with the Calgary Roughnecks (lacrosse).
If you are moving to Red Deer or anywhere in Central Alberta please contact Ken. He’s always willing to help. Contact Ken today for all of your residential Real Estate needs at 403-350-1192.
